From gravel pit to heavy hard-rock
Our HC100 Belt Conveyor is available for both standard and demanding applications.
- For standard duties, we supply pre-engineered modular structures that ship fast and assemble predictably on site.
- For heavy or unusual duties, we engineer it from the ground up to your specifications.
The spectrum matters. A light-duty conveyor designed for a construction quarry will fail inside a process plant, while a process-plant-grade conveyor is overkill in a gravel pit. We provide the right duty class rather than upselling you into a heavier structure.
Capacities run into the thousands of tonnes per hour, at belt widths and speeds matched to the material and the profile of the pit.
Conveyors, feeders, overlands, and the tailings side
Our scope in open-pit mining covers the material handling chain above and around the pit.
For primary conveying we deliver belt conveyors and high-incline conveyors. For feeding duties we deliver apron feeders and belt feeders, sized for receiving from crushers or from stockpiles. For overland sections we engineer the run, the drives, and the transfer points as a single system rather than a sequence of standard blocks.
On the tailings side we deliver the equipment that re-stockpiles tailings, places material for bio-leach pads, and handles final mass placement. This is conveying, feeding, and stacking equipment — not warehouses or storage structures.
We also deliver shiftable conveyor solutions for pit geometries that change as the mine advances.

Our engineering team has been designing open-pit conveyor systems for decades, and our installation supervisors have commissioned the equipment they are now servicing.
That experience is the reason we win projects where availability is the deciding factor. A 100-tonne-class conveyor that runs continuously is a piece of equipment that has to be calculated, detailed, and installed by people who have done it before.
We are still supplying spares and replacement parts for conveyors from the 1980s. The engineering discipline that makes a conveyor last that long is the same discipline that makes a new one reach 98% availability from day one.
