Get a new conveyor roller into service fast

A broken conveyor roller can stop an entire production line. It does not make sense to keep every roller in stock, and even well-stocked stores can run empty. When that happens, you need a replacement fast. To get rollers to site quickly, we manufacture and stock conveyor rollers in Hollola, Finland. Our own roller production and warehouse let us supply both the most common and the less common rollers fast.
- Ready from stock: the most common conveyor rollers can ship the same day.
- Made to measure: we manufacture the roller to your dimensions, with an express service when needed.
Ask about availability: send the roller type, dimensions or the identification details of your old roller to order.fi@roxon.com

A roller made to your dimensions
Standard rollers do not fit every conveyor. When you need a roller with special dimensions or a non-standard design, we manufacture it at our own factory in Hollola. Our production is designed for small and medium batches, so we can make even a single roller when needed.
We manufacture rollers in all sizes:
- diameter from 51 mm up to 219 mm
- length from 200 millimetres to 3.5 metres
- weight from a few hundred grams to over a hundred kilograms.
In addition to the standard design, we make turned and balanced steel rollers for applications with high belt speeds or where operation demands precision. These rollers are often used at and near belt scales. The same production line also makes other special rollers and customer-specific solutions.
Rollers made in Hollola are dip painted with a solvent-free, water-based paint that protects the roller effectively against corrosion. We use high quality bearings and lubrication that keep rolling resistance low. Our production team has long experience in manufacturing conveyor components.
Our standard delivery time for a custom roller is two weeks from order.
Urgent roller orders are possible too
If production has already stopped, you need a replacement roller fast. Our flexible production lets us manufacture and deliver urgent orders, even over a weekend. In one case, we received a purchase order on a Friday afternoon, and the rollers were on site hundreds of kilometres away by Monday midday.
When a roller is needed in service immediately, we can also deliver it abroad by air freight.

We help you choose the right roller
The right roller choice affects the service life, energy consumption and life cycle costs of your conveyor. Our technical department helps you choose the right roller for each application, whether it is a stock roller or one made to your dimensions. We take into account the conveyed material, operating conditions, load and maintenance requirements. The goal is a solution that works technically and stays economical over the entire life cycle of the conveyor.
We supply rollers as maintenance spare parts, for new conveyor projects and for modernising existing conveyors.
Roller manufacturing returned to Hollola in 2020
ROXON has more than 50 years of experience in conveyor and material handling solutions, and conveyor rollers were manufactured in Finland before. Production stopped in 2006 and restarted in Hollola in 2020. One of our production employees already worked at the old factory.
In Hollola, we mainly manufacture rollers, but we also assemble other conveyor components in the same facility, such as belt cleaners, belt brushes and components for conveyor loading points.
We carry out continuous development work as well as customer-specific tailoring. We aim to minimise our environmental impact. For example, the solvent-free, water-based dip paint we use releases no toxic fumes into the workplace or the environment. The factory runs entirely on renewable electricity. High quality bearings and lubricant reduce friction, which lowers the conveyor’s energy consumption throughout the roller’s service life. Our rollers use very high quality seal packs that protect the bearings from dirt and moisture.
